I am a certified wellness coach with over a decade of experience in the world of wellness and movement. I taught at some of New York’s most popular boutique fitness studios while working as a professional choreographer and dancer, and practicing a variety of somatic techniques. While I love working with groups, I also offer 1:1 sessions, via zoom or IRL for folks in midcoast Maine. Those session can be either movement-based, or talking-based, or a combination of both. You can purchase a package, or schedule one-off sessions. Some folks come for strength training, stretching and movement for recovery, some come for coaching and bring their questions about wellness, nutrition, movement and the body. My coaching style is client-led, utilizing motivational interviewing to help move past blocks and get things moving. I’m here to hold space, meet you where you’re at, and help you build your own tools and skills to help you live and move better. Contact me for more details and to schedule your 1:1 session!

Movement-based sessions are tailored to your needs, goals and experience. I draw on strength training, somatic practices, pilates and dance to get you moving more efficiently and feeling fit. Cardio? got you covered. Lifting weights? that too. Meet up for a hike? let’s do it!

Sessions are in your home together or on zoom. If you need more space, we will schedule at a local (Camden or Rockland) studio to give us the space we need. At-home sessions start at $55/hr, with a discount for packages. Zoom sessions start at $45/hr.

Wellness coaching is a great way to jump start your wellness journey, get questions answered, and have someone there to listen and reflect. Wellness coaching is a holistic approach to exercise, nutrition, sleep, body recovery, and mental wellness. We’ll explore your motivation style and work together to make and achieve your goals.

Movement and exercise programming can be combined with wellness coaching. Sessions begin at $45/hr.
