While I'm a student and teacher of all things movement and wellness, it's time that I expand my offerings and set down a new path. I'm proud to report that I'll be pursuing a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling, beginning this spring at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA! 

While weekly classes are on pause for the moment, I will do my best to keep you updated as I go along. One on ones and private group classes can be scheduled through email or through my sign up page or through emailing me at hannah jean hildreth @ gmail.com.

  • Classes

    Scroll through for a sample of classes and workshops. These classes can be booked as 1:1s or private group classes and events, and will be offered again in the future as public group classes.

  • Strength

    My approach to strength training involves targeted work with equipment like gliders, hand weights and bands, as well as dynamic body weight exercises designed to achieve balance, efficiency, flexibility, muscular endurance and strength. The burn means it’s working! Please bring a mat, sneakers or barefoot.

  • 305 Fitness

    305 Fitness is a dance cardio workout inspired by the Miami nightlife scene. After years of teaching at the 305 Fitness studios in NYC, I’m excited to bring the party to back to Maine! Each 45 minute class uses a specially curated DJ mix that makes you feel like you're dancing the night away. The class includes elements of dance, HIIT, and strength training to help you leave feeling inspired and sweaty. No dance experience necessary!

  • Strength+Stretch

    This class uses mobility exercises, core work, active and passive stretching, along with myofascial release with balls and foam rolling in order to get you feeling aligned, relaxed, and tuned up. Tough enough to make you sweat but gentle enough to stand in for your evening yoga class. Please bring a mat, yoga blocks, extra layers, and anything to make yourself comfortable!

  • The most flexible option. You’re welcome to drop in to any class. You can give me a heads up by signing up via Calendly or sending me an email at hannahjeanhildreth@gmail.com

  • An eight class package brings the price per class down to $12. Ideal for the fitness lover with a tricky schedule. Cash, check, or Venmo accepted. Please sign in to each class and keep track of your remaining classes. **I will not be teaching regular classes beginning in January**

  • Drop into any class at either location! Cash, check, or Venmo.

FAQ’s

  • You can sign up via this website - go to “sign up” at the top of the page! You can also sign up for classes at Midcoast Strong through their website.

  • You can pay online via Venmo (Hannah Jean Hildreth), by check, or cash when you come to class.

  • This website will be updated with any cancelations and updates, as will the Facebook page “Group Fitness Classes with Hannah Jean.” Go give it a like/follow! Also make sure you sign up for my email list by entering your email at the bottom of the website.
